Get ready to witness epic performances where air guitarists battle it out for a chance to represent Austin, TX on a national stage. Come and be part of the electrifying atmosphere as competitors showcase their passion for shredding air. Let's rock out together at this one-of-a-kind in-person event!
Come experience the spandex, the rock-n-roll, and the greatest thing you've never seen before. Watch all levels of air guitarists compete in 2 rounds of 60 second performances, where technical merit, stage presence, and AIRNESS earn them points with a panel of judges who will be selecting the top air guitarists to represent Austin, TX at the 2024 US Air Guitar Dark Horse Competition that leads to the US Asir Guitar Championship in San Francisco, CA! The winner of the National Finals will be the US Air Guitar Champion, and will receive a free trip to the Air Guitar World Championships, held in Oulu, Finland in August.
Join us on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 7:00pm at the Jackalope South Shore. Competitors must arrive by 6:00pm.
